Refund policy

Returns for Digital Products

We have a 30-day refund window for digital purchases, which means you have 30 days after the purchase date to request a refund provided the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise activated.
Once access is granted (e.g., a download link is used, a file is opened, a license key is revealed, or streaming begins), the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated below.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital item must not have been accessed, downloaded, redeemed, installed, streamed, or licensed, and must remain in the same condition as at purchase (i.e., unused/unaccessed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number and purchase email).

To start a refund request, contact us at nemovora15@outlook.com. As these are digital items, no physical return is required and we do not accept parcels. If necessary for troubleshooting, we may ask for device/OS details, screenshots of the error, and the exact file name or order ID.

If your request is accepted, we’ll issue instructions to revoke access and/or deactivate the license, and then process the refund. Items sent to any physical address without first requesting a return will not be accepted, as digital items do not require shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please check your download link or digital access as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the digital item is inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, contains the wrong files, or the license key does not work, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In most cases, we will first try to re-issue download links, replace corrupted files, provide alternative file formats, or re-authorize license keys. If we’re unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund where appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Digital Items

Certain types of digital items cannot be refunded once access or delivery has occurred, including (but not limited to):

  • Downloadable digital products once they have been accessed/downloaded.

  • Software license keys or activation codes once revealed or activated.

  • Personalized/custom digital content (e.g., custom presets, tailored files) once delivered.

  • Subscription-based services or memberships after activation for the current billing period.

  • Streaming/on-demand content once playback has begun.

  • Digital top-ups/credits once applied to an account.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a refund prior to access, please contact us before downloading or activating.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards (including digital gift cards) once issued, except where required by law.


Exchanges

For digital items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to let us fix the file or replace it in the correct format. If you intended to purchase a different digital item, you can request a refund before accessing/downloading (if eligible), and then make a separate purchase for the correct item. Once a digital item has been accessed/downloaded, exchanges are generally not possible unless we cannot remedy a defect.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being supplied into the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided that the digital content has not yet been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise supplied.

Important for EU digital content: If you purchase digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., download/stream) and you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins, then your 14-day right to withdraw will be lost after access or download starts.
As above, your item must remain unaccessed/unused, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to exercise the 14-day right where it still applies.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve assessed your request and, where applicable, confirmed that the digital content remains unaccessed/unused (or that we cannot remedy a verified defect). We’ll let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
